Every Pawstar is made for one specific pet, so we do not offer returns after artwork has been created.

Your revision round

Every order includes one small revision round for details like a typo or a finishing touch. Send your request by replying to your order email or emailing team@pawstar.madethis.app with your order number.

Need help before we begin?

If you ordered by mistake or need help with your photo submission, please contact us as soon as possible at team@pawstar.madethis.app. We’ll do our best to help before artwork is underway.
